Hearn post fight - "Fights are made through demand and I cant see any other demand out there other than for Froch Groves"

Hearn today - "I've seen George saying Carl only has one option: fight him or retire but I totally disagree with that. HBO would love Carl to fight Andre Ward, Gennady Golovkin or Julio Cesar Chavez Jr"

    :-(

Say's it all really, they want nothing to do with Groves.

A rematch with Groves generates the most interest and brings the most ££££, you'd have to be a moron to not realise that.

Are you really surprised? Eddie Hearn isn't and never has been a promoter. He's Barry Hearn's son and Carl Froch's mate. That is all. He'll do whatever Carl tells him.

If he doesn't rematch Groves he will be forever known as a ducker and a coward imo

It's true but I don't understand why. Froch has one or two fights MAX left in him, Groves in 25 and has suddenly become the darling of British boxing. In terms of who to back as a promoter it's a no brainer, surely?

Golovkin is the only option he could take over Groves II

The Ward fight is a non starter- Ward won't travel over here and Froch can't really fight in the States if he wants a PPV payday in Britain.

I'm intrigued by the Froch/GGG fight more to be honest but that isn't likely to happen either.

Why would he fight Golovkin though? That's the easiest KO call you could ever have. Froch would do well to get past the halfway mark.

GGG? WTF? only us boxing purists know who he is, would never be a big PPV event.

    Money is only in GG2.

    Wouldn't mind seeing Froch-GGG

Not really interested in Ward-Froch 2 or JCC jnr

groves would bring the most money in the uk i would think... Unless HBO are going to put up a lot of money for froch to face GGG i can't see that fight making more money that. GG2.

mcCracken and Hearn will try steer clear of groves if they can, they know he's all wrong for froch stylistically. froch an get away with a fight with Ward or GGG as they will be seen as tougher opponents than groves. If he fight jnr chavez... Then thats just ****ed up.

Well we'll see if he does fight any of them. I reckon if it is any of them it will be Chavez.
