Making the top 10 must ensure he steps up his level of competition. I don't see what the problem is.

Boystov never beat the WBO no.1 to get the ranking. He was put there so Wlad could have an easy fight. He was so poor he lost to the stool pigeon put in front of him.

Wlad fought the same level of opponents by the time he reached 30 fights. Wlad was fighting guys with more losses than wins.
Wlads career was almost worse than Wilders and he still took a knockout loss

Ring magazine is American isn't it? They have probably got him on it because he is an American and they hope he is the next American world champ even though he clearly has no talent. All he needs to do is beat journeymen with terrible records and he will move up the rankings because he is American. Americans seem to think everyone wants an American world champion but their just ignorant, why would anyone want an American champion other than Americans

 

Wlad did that in less time than it took Wilder to do so, not to mention that a little less than 4 years into his career Wlad had already won a world title. Wilder is 5 years into his fraudulent career and has yet to step in with a live body.
