Rate power and chin at 140

    Some warriors at 140. What order would you put them in from best - worst in terms of power and chin? I imagine it'll be pretty even


    Power:
    1. Matthysse
    2. Provodnikov
    3. Garcia
    4. Alvarado


    Chin:
    1. Garcia
    2. Matthysse
    3. Provodnikov

    How does the guy who got hit and knocked down(Matthysse) have a better chin than a guy who's never even been remotely close to getting knocked down(Provodnikov)?

    Matthysse has a better chin than Garcia? Okay buddy. Not sure who got dropped in that fight or who's face swelled up, tell me?

    Garcia's chin is #1 at 140, it cannot be questioned.

    I agree completely.

    Only one that I think could be switched is maybe Garcia and Ruslan in the power department. I think its debatable, but its splitting hairs.

    Matthysse has faced a completely different level of punchers than Ruslan has.

    Judah and Garcia landed flush bombs on Matthysse. Garcia landed many flush shots that Lucas couldnt see because his eye was shut on that side and he ate them up. Ya he went down once... and he got back up and continued to eat bombs.


    Pure stats doesnt come close to telling the story when it comes to chins.

    He took a boatload of punches starting from the 8th and he didn't even come close to dropping.

    That's a chin there.

    He also took bombs from Matthysse. The one that Matthysse landed where Garcia's mouthpiece came out would have dropped any other 140.

    Garcia's chin is granite/steel!

    Garcia dropped Matthysse!

    Garcia, Matthysse and Ruslan are all equal in terms of chin, Matthysse hits the hardest at 140 but Ruslan is way more relentless.

    I'd like to see anyone else at 140 take consistent bombs fro Garcia that they can't even see coming and still carry on marching forward, matthysse probably has the best chin of any active boxer let alone 140.
