I think Rios stops him at 147 Guerrero really doesn't punch to hard an is flat footed so would struggle to keep Rios away from him an Rios will fuk him up on the inside.
Guerrero is garbage, who exactly has he beaten? Salido whooped his ass easy and Rios is like a bigger stronger version of Salido plus he has a much better chin too. Rios looks poor against movers but Guerrero would just stand in front of him all night and make it easy for Rios to either knock him out or win a wide points decision.
Rios has never ever competed at 147 except with Pac and has no other significant wins at 147. Guerrero has 2 wins at 147 before even facing Floyd.. Guarantee Rios goes back down to 135
Guerrero has a win against a highly overrated Berto. an also Guerrero really has no power what so ever they will not even effect Rios he will drag Guerrero in to a war an beat him in my opinion.
He is 1-1 at 140 and even then he looks like a shell of himself from 135. Rios is not even half as half as effective or strong at 140 let alone 147. Guerrero at this point is stronger then Rios at 147 and would easily handle him at 147.
