Pacquiao did a joke VADA test (if he really took the test). 30 day cutoff against Rios. What kind of testing is that? That's worse than 14 day cutoff to duck tests against Floyd.

What is really suspicious is there is no video of Manny taking tests anywhere. This would have a big thing on 24/7 or at least in Philippines media. The Phils media glorifies everything this guy does but not testing!? REALLY SUSPICIOUS.
