    I'd give you he shouldn't have fought Oscar and Mosley. The other opponents are legit meng. Margarito, Clottey, Cotto, Marquez, Rios, hugton, and so on and so forth. Pacquiao is not a fraud, overrated, yes! a fraud? NO.
