Floyd never needed testing before and all his accusations only caused push back. Had Floyd handled business like a professional this fight would have came off. But insults, racist comments and demands instead of requests were met with apprehension. PAC wasn't going to be disrespected then dictated to when both were equals.

Floyd demanded testing after a bunch of talk about how easy Manny would be to beat but completely contradicted himself with the need of additional testing.

PAC agreed to random testing but Floyd wanted over the top blood testing requirements that made little sense. Blood testing is logical when implemented the right way. All the way up to the day of the fight is accessive and unecessay. Random urine testing is more than enough for the kind of testing Floyd and USADA created.

All the boxers who were caught doping were caught with urine analysis.......not blood testing.
