He definitely has the skills (both defense and offense) to beat him. He is skilled enough to neutralise Provodnikov with movement and when he needs to he can stand in the pocket, roll that shoulder and rip him with uppercuts and hooks. Obviously nobody knows how he would react to the hard shots that he would inevitably take.

Prod is a stage 2 of 4 punching bag. His chin may already be cracked right now as we speak.

I agree with you willy. I think people have broners style twisted. They see the flashy **** an think broner is afraid of a dog fight. With the way he fights I think thats exactly what he wants. He stands right there an lets people tee off, but most of the time when they did it he trades back an they fell or get on the move. This maidana fight will answer alot about broner. Broner doesnt try to fight like floyd, the shoulder roll is where it ends.

Wouldnt happen. Broner would claim that Ruslan is his adopted brother and he would never fight his family

provo would make broner engage him in a war where broner will get destroyed.

So according to you, If Adrien Broner went to war with Ruslan Provodnikov and fought him in the trenches, you know that Adrien would "eat Ruslan up on the inside". Kind of hard to agree with but nevertheless, a very interesting analysis.

After provodnikovs last 2 fights I do not think there will be a line of guys ready to fight him.
He is very tough and hits hard to boot.
He does not have a huge name so it won't be a great payday but if you lose to him it means you got beat by a C+ fighter with an A+ chin.
WHO WANTS THAT ON THEIR RESUME?

Complete mismatch. Bron-e-zy gets knocked-out, broken down, straight-up embarassed.

That's a good match-up. But I have to agree with Sweet-D. Who know's what Broner's chin is really like? When he competed in the lower weights he was always the big guy. (not bothering to make weight a couple of times) Then when he moves up it's to fight Paulie. When he eats a couple of punches from Chino we're going to learn a lot more about this kid.

broner would survive just fine.broner's an a$$ and lacks maturity outside the ring but in there he's highly skilled.ring magazine(gbp was too quick in annointing him because he hadn't proven lofty status yet.but what y'all going to find out against maidana is he is a A level boxer.

    Featherfisted Bradley????

And I wonder if you believe Broner throws the volume of shots Bradley does? I wonder if you think Broner has Bradley's footwork???

Im not saying Broner's a bum, but he's fought and beat very beatable guys. He's also a very LARGE lighter-weight fighter. He's beaten relatively small lighter-weight fighters.

This fight with Madaina will tell the story, but Madaina shown vs Karass that his chin has been dented. He could be a sitting duck for for the counter R hand. We'll see.

As for Provodnikov.....he's coming every angle. He's taking anything Broner throws. He's going upstairs and down, and he's gonna be in Broner's face.
Unless Provo tries to get pretty, and he sticks with what he knows......I'd favor him to win by stoppage. Or wide UD b/c Broner hid behind the philly.
