Starting around that stage in his career his fights have mostly been "Big Event Fights" because of him finally achieving his crossover popularity. A good portion of those lists are stay busy or fan fights that wouldn't have been big events. Later down the list he has become a megastar, and has been able to pick and choose who he fights because he doesn't have to fight the killers/core fan favorites to draw a crowd. Like he's already said, it's about $.

Pac was juicing back then and didnt want to get caught. Now he is clean thats why he is demanding testing.

I will not let Pac and his fans off the hook.

Pac is the only athlete ever who's fans argued he SHOULDNT be subjected to the best testing possible. Even Bond's and McGuire's fans agreed MLB should upgrade their testing.

Knowing what athletes are doing in ALL SPORTS today, you guys still defied logic at every turn, telling us that BETTER testing is not needed for your favorite boxer and BAD for your favorite sport.

The simple FACT that years later Pac is doing what Floyd started back then is undeniable proof that you guys were downright MORONIC all along.

Floyd didn't need to fight Williams because Floyd was going to win an easy UD just like he would have done to Pac. Now Guerrero and Ortiz, those were real challenges for Floyd where the odds were 50/50.

Best testing possible is Olympic testing which Floyd doesn't even do. Only Nonito has stepped up to subject himself to the very best testing possible.

PAC doing additional testing is something that was bound to happen. It would have happened a long time ago if Floyd was willing to fight him without the heavy requirements for blood testing all the way up to the day of the fight.

Once again people like you are trying to rewrite history.

Floyd in the first negotiation asked for random OSDT which has no cut offs.

Manny Pacquiao and his team agreed to that request. Floyd signed to fight and then Team Pac said hold up we want to change that testing. They wanted to only do 3 test. When they sign and start promotional tour, 30 days out, and after the fight.

When they received notification that testing isn't done like that they wanted a 24 day cut off then 21. Floyd offered them a 14 day cut off.

Manny is on video saying he will do the blood test but not on the actual day of the fight. When he was told on video by Brian Kenny that he has 14 days without blood test he said, "that's too close to the fight."

So its okay for Manny to agree then pull out. Its okay for Manny to then turn down a 14 day window. Then its not okay for you tards when Floyd went back to his original position from the start. :patsch

Do you realize that Floyd cannot ask Manny, or any other fighter, to sign up for year round random testing? He can only do it for the duration of the contracted fight. No its not the perfect solution but it was wayyyyyyy better then the farce NSAC had going on at the time. Except that Pac's fans didnt want BETTER.

2nd, the blood testing isnt Floyd's personal request. Its a part of USADA's protocol. You think Floyd is smart/knowledgeable enough to come up with his own testing program??? USADA was clear on this issue at the time, they do not compromise on their own programs. Do you think an olympic athlete can show up and say he is only doing **** tests and impose cutoffs to the tests???

But you fail to list that this footwork is against fighters with low ring IQ such as Rios, margarita, Cotto, drained 145 pound Oscar, etc. where was this during Bradley and Shane Mosley?
