I want to like Floyd- he's one of our Olympians for crissakes- but the problems of a man who grew up as the boxing surrogate of crazy Floyd Sr are all out there for us to see and that makes it hard. If I take my discomfort with his family's strangeness away I see a successful boxer who would obviously not be where he is were he afraid of the ring.

So we're left with a rational thought processes, where he and/or Sr. see something they really aren't confident against in Pac, and they'd rather avoid the matchup than take the risk-reward mix without a clear advantage. Since they haven't been able to lock-in the match with such an edge, they've simply let it die on their end. A business decision, obfuscated by the vague and sometimes insane ways they've spun it.

Arum, as well, is to blame. Both parties need to want it to move forward. But Arum doesn't reveal to the cameras Sr.-level crazy.

this isnt even about jst pacquiao.

floyd maneuvers his way around risky fights throughout his career.

it is not surprising out of the thousands and thousands of boxers, he is the only labeled as coward and he admitted as such.

poll is just a confirmation of what is on everybody\s mind.

if you make a poll abouth floyd ducking margo, you will have the same result.

it's not just not floyd, it's the whole mayweather clan. floyd is their floyd only bread and butter.

floyd loses, mayweathers lose credibility and the whole mayweather brand crumples.

who is going to train in their gym? there is no one their but floyd.

Everyone knows. He's a cherrypicker and will forever go down with the coward reputation.

Roach couldn't even get Manny past a near 40 year old, blown up, lightweight. I don't think he really has any idea how Manny would deal with Floyd.
