Haye was a naturally big guy. he had to boil down quite a lot to get to Cruiser. which is why he moved up.

 

Alot of you don't know this but Holyfield was trained at one time, during his prime, where he put a lot of muscle and strength on, by Mr. Olympia Lee Haney. He was assigned as his strength coach for the match with Tyson I believe that didn't happen until post jail.
