Of course he is going to say Burns is the best lightweight (he is his fighter) even if he doesn't think it he won't say it you **** :think

He is domestic level at best. In fact he needs to move to heavyweight and stop avoiding Tom Dallas.

On a serious note Marco Huck would end him

People think moving up to Cruiser is a piece of ****. It's a near 25 pound increase and fight night some of those fight at 215-225. The challenge will be for him and Cleverly to pith the weight on, increase strength and retain a solid build. A hard thing to do.

    How does he offer nothing?

He's done it domestically, he's clearly above European level & from what we've seen he's fringe world level.

3 time ABA HW champ, British champ, Commonwealth champ, a 2 time world title challenger & a fighter who sells tickets - I can see exactly why Hearn signed him.

Tony probably boils down to LHW all year around. Now, imagine of he didn't have to do that (he'd automatically blow up) And then imagine that he could focus more on everything else first and the diet second instead of vice-versa... It'd be different for him.

Just going by his height alone he should be heavier than what he is, then do it by looks... He needs to move up.

He got a shot at clev thru some good pr work (could/couldn't make weight,he's a rat). Then with some very good match making but came up short in the IC fights got his mando. He's not a world level fighter!

He has only lost 2 fights, which incidentally were both for world titles

Why people feel the need to slag off fighters is beyond me.

All the best too him if he does move up, there are some good fights out there and some winnable fights.

Maybe go for the British first before looking to progress to world level?

Dont understand all the hate for Bellew to be honest!!!

Seems like a good bloke and honest pro, does appear to be struggling at the weight, got beat off a beast of a puncher who would ko most light heavys at the moment.......no shame in that and took it like a man.

Personally i think the move up may do him good but if not, at least he has the balls to go for it........all the keyboard warriors who have probably never took a shot to the jaw just look ******ed slagging him off.

At the end of the day his 2 losses have came at the hands of 2 world champs, 1 of them not exactly conclusive......hardly a shameful record!!!!

The hate is for most people i spoke to is because he mouths off big and has never delievered??????

his best win is over edison miranda a middleweight and makes out hes a massive banger but isnt that much of a puncher!

Not saying i agree with this just going on what people say
