why not Garcia? He'd lose, but at least the choice would be defensible. He already shattered the Khan glass. And his dad would talk amazing sh*t leading up to the fight

 

Khan is the most popular fighter besides Pacquaio whos there for floyd. Although on credentials level, he has no business sharig that ring, its great on a business level.

 

I always said there was too much money in a Floyd vs. Khan fight for it not to happen.

Golden Boy refusing to match Khan against anyone of any note since Garcia and the continual withdrawals and stalling for a potential fight in December shows that Golden Boy has a good head on their shoulders.

 

I also think khan by default. There just isn't that many people available or willing to fight mayweather. Garcia and Bradley would both be better fights ( I almost said have more of a chance but I don't see anyone around 140/147/154 giving floyd much trouble) but Bradley won't happen while he's with top rank and I think Garcia will happen but just not yet

i think we all agree floyd facing khan at this point is bull****. i personally will not watch it.... but if khan could get a legit victory over one of these guys...would khan deserve a shot at floyd then? which guy would it be? maybe a combination of 2 or 3?

Even though i'd never pay for these fights if I had to pay to watch one Khan Mayweather over Mayweather Guerrero easy.

But yeah, a win over pretty much any of them would have justified it a bit more.

I completely forgot how much Alexander ducked Khan not long ago. I'd be very interested to see that fight now that Khan got exposed badly.

you would take this khan over the guerrero that jumped two weight classes and beat the number one guy and berto? no. khan is getting dropped by julio diaz? i thought that dude retired. i wouldn't take this khan over the ortiz that beat berto either.

i'm not complaining....just trying to have a discussion on the matter. most ppl i know have no interest in seeing khan in the same ring with floyd.

Yeah actually that's even more entertaining. Alexander was boring as fk as he almost cried in the middle of the ring Vs Bradley. Khan should have pushed for a VERY winnable fight against Bradley, instead of taking on guys tailor made to KO him in Garcia, Diaz, Maidana etc. He won some, he lost some, but not he's deemed "not worthy".
