I've wanted this fight for a while to be honest.

Khan has a weak chin, sure, we all know that. He is his worst when he fights guys like Maidana (ironically a great performance by Khan, why have I brought him up?) or Garcia etc. Guys who will look to knock him the **** out.

Can Mayweather knock Khan out? Absolutely. Not only has Khan got a weak chin, but getting countered makes a punch soooo much more devastating.

But people need to look at some of the positives. Mayweather has proven that he is almost unbeatable against boxer punchers like Cotto, Mosley and Hatton. Mayweather has now proven that even an undefeated young guy with boxing skills like Saul Alvarez isn't even near testing him. So what have we yet to see Mayweather really defeat since he reached this status? Speed. Khan has bags of speed. I actually had Alvarez up quite a few rounds at one stage against Mayweather, because May got defensive and didn't really throw anything in those rounds (despite completely dominating the fight in both offensive and defensive on the whole). I could easily see Khan firing in some quick combinations, probably to the chest or arm of May, where the judges give it to Khan for activity. If Mayweather doesn't manage to stun, or KO Khan, I actually see ways for Khan to win. It's a VERY slim chance, but that's what I want to see. Who thought Ghost, or Cotto, were going to give Mayweather a fight? He is head and shoulders better in every single area than them, while I think Khan might be able to, in some occasions, be a little bit more active. If Khan can keeps his hands up, I'm very interested in the fight.

    just a thought...
why was rios chosen instead of alvarado? was it because alvarado knew how to box?

because ruslan vs rios woulda been great too.

    :deal

Ive been saying this **** for years...

Let's me tell you guys here something.. "If 147lbs is Khan's natural weight and he feels good at that weight, Mayweather could be in his toughest fight yet style wise.

Khan reach wise nearly same as Floyd, but faster than Floyd, I mean how many fighters that have faced Floyd can claim that.? One? Zab who gave Floyd hell for 4 rounds in Floyd's prime.. Khan's can make Floyd look his age in there.

I've noted few things in Floyd's style.. Note this when you throw 3 or more punch combo on Floyd and he in range he tends not to try countering you in mid combo, he will go in full defence mode and try slipping the shots. Now Khan can throw a 4 or 5 combo in few secs and be in and out before Floyd counters, maybe only one or two shots land but Khan will move out and do it again repeat process.

Floyd will have to catch him coming in, and that's Khan's weak point coming, Khan needs to try and use feints coming in and watch out for the back foot left hook counter and the jumping straight right from Floyd.

Khan should try keep moving and try nick rounds off work rate, as I said if Khan likes the weight he will give Floyd a tough fight because if Khan likes the weight his chin will hold up better because at 140 he was drained.

All of this, except the comment on Floyd's age. I actually thing he's more unbeatable now than he has ever been.

But yeah, this is exactly how I COULD see Khan winning. I don't see it happen like this, and no odds would make me bet big on it, but this is the possibility, which is what has me interested.

People will complain whoever Floyd fights. I complained for years because was fighting guys like Mosley, who he had beat before the bell. He then fought Alvarez, and now Khan, two guys I've been interested to see him fight for a long time. I'm willing to give the dude credit for it.

I think main thing which has impressed me about Floyd now is his timing, his timing is great which for Khan is not a good sign, but hell if Floyd can't KO Khan and it goes the full 12 then who knows.

Pac agreed to everything, the only problema was that an outdoor stadium needed to be built for this mega fight

Khan has probably around a 5% shot and that's being nice. Julio Diaz was 5-7 years out of his prime (when he was an above average fighter at best) and was tagging Khan left and right in their matchup. Diaz is a very slow fighter who's very easy to counterpunch against since he's so slow. What do you think would happen when Khan takes on a guy who's right now the most accurate puncher in boxing, where half those punches he won't see coming?

People keep talking about Khan's handspeed, but Khan has also never faced a fighter with hands as quick as FLoyd, and has definitely never seen anything close to his defense or IQ.

Khan went through life and death with a well past his prime Diaz, he has no business being in the ring with Floyd. Danny Garcia is the most worthy opponent right now outside of Manny and Martinez.

Some of you are just upset that Bob arum couldn't pimp a black man. Jews like to use black people to clean their house therefore not showing them any respect. Mayweather did it his way and many of you hate it. He has no endoresement deals and is richest paid athlete but yet many of you still try to argue that Pac makes more money than him. PAC WITH HIS ENDOREMENTS DEALS STILL DOESN'T MAKE MORE MONEY THAN MAYWEATHER!!! GET IT THROUGH YOUR THICK SKULLS!!!

All the hype about a Mayweather Pac fight. There really isn't any. The first time around when negotiations were on going I weanted to see this fight like many of you did. Pac was knocking guys out, Mayweather was putting on boxing clinics in Vegas but then something happened. Bob Arum and Pac started with their Bull****. I am not going back into it because it has been written, spoken, debated, argued about numerous times, and people still fail to see or understand or simply just don't want to admit that Pac is a great fighter against stationary fighters. There isn't anything wrong with that. Mayweather is just too intelligent, slick, quick, fast, accurate, and definately too skillful for Pac. Mayweather has never lost, fought bigger and better competition but yet pac is hailed by many as " The Man" that Mayweather has to fight. Mayweather is the face, is the man until beaten and sorry all you racists, Mayweather haters, Pac dickriders, Pac had his chance. He said no to 40million dollars to go make 8. Bob Arum, Pac, go fight Marquez and Bradley againor better yet, go have a rematch with Rios because looking at your fighting history, that is what you guys do.

Did I want to see that fight between Mayweather and Rios, hell yeah but now I am just not interested. Pac will get tatooed Lionel Ritchie. Then it will be Boyz to Men for Pac.

I can empathize with people, but people who complain need to offer an alternative or a solution

Two people who deserve it the most: Tim and Garcia. Garcia either by his own will or Haymon doesn't want to move to 147 yet. Bradley is not a PPV number maker, and do you think Arum would negotiate it for Bradley but not Pac? Let alone the HBO Sho neetwork issues.

People also need to be consistent. Who did Alvarez beat? I have Trout winning, and he DID land more powerpunches and jabbed him to death. Mosley who just lost his last fight to back cramps? How about Guerrero? Those two guys are fine but someone who TKO'd Judah, Malignaggi, Maidana, Kotelnik doesn't get it?

    Just saying

To the passionate of the sport this kind of sucks, is at most intriguing. To the numberless of drones...this is an exciting fight.

If it were up to me I'd love to see Bradley or Soto Karass who gave Berto the most brutal body shotting I've seen in a decade to fight Maywaether. Unfortunately boxing is a business too
