    George Groves vs Gennady Golovkin.

How would you see this one panning out?

Groves was lucky that he landed a haymaker on Froch in the first round and caught him cold. that was a good punch but Groves still the bum that went life&death with that useless featherfisted tool Chumps Degale and Conny Anderson.. GGG destroys him in 8

I asked this myself, GG vs GGG?

Hard to predict, but I think GG knocks him out with sharp right hand counters

Too big, too hard, too ginger

Really? What happened? Probably nothing, huh. That's alright. I can't stand Bogotazo.

You know, you're actually alright. Don't get too caught up with dealt with though. Just look at how he reacts to Lomenchenko. Don't get me wrong, Lomenchenko is a good fighter, but he makes him out to be the second coming.

A guy that irrational isn't someone you should listen to when you're doing things that can potentially affect your body for the rest of your life.

Keep that in mind. You can get ridiculously strong with calisthenics and kettlebells.

Groves' once in a lifetime honey punch Round 1 knockdown of Froch still saw him gassing by 6 and being stopped in 9.

What do you reckon will happen?

Calisthenics and kettllebells are good, but Olympic power lifting (snatch, power clean, clean and jerks) and sumo deadlifts are by far the bes exercises to build speed and explosive power

Most sprinters don't even run anymore, most just do power cleans and sumo deadlifts

But boxing is not sprinting. Sure, you need to develop the same types of muscle fibers to a certain extent, but you also have to factor in, when you get to championship level, you have 12 rounds.

Additionally, those lifts require a great level of skill and can max out the CNS. I believe they also wear down your joints and soft tissue over time. It's a lot of impact on your joints, and it's too easy to get injured.

Golovkin would beat Groves. Funny, all the haters want Golovkin to go up to 168, and 175, next they will want him to fight Klitschcko!!!

Froch is like a bigger stronger version of Golovkin. Groves would knock him out. And second time around Froch is going to sleep

If GGG saw the froch fight he would stay well clear and do what he does best fight some bum's and call it a stay busy fight.
