    interim WBA and WBO lightweight
    interim WBC Welterweight

Irregardless, what did Rios have coming in? I don't believe in division title BS anyway.

Back to the original argument, I know that Ortiz, Guerrero are much more accomplished than Rios. Even Khan for that matter. Arum calling a potential Mayweather-Khan Sh*t is ironic cuz Pac has been in many Sh*t fights of Bob's own doing.

I cant believe Floyd said so many words and deals with Manny that were never accomplished. When Floyd retires or even got lost once, he would downslide and fade so fast in boxing history.

Really? Because he also wouldnt give him cotto or hatton either. Sole reason being Arum didnt want to dish out the guarantee, no reason to believe he'd actually make the fight when he has a history of doing otherwise.

Both Ortiz and Guererro's biggest wins going against Mayweather were Berto, so please cut the nonsense about them being eligible in any way. Rios' win over Alvarado is just as good if not worse and Pacquiao was coming off a brutal KO loss and nearly a year of inactivity due to the KO loss.

Bruh, when folks start telling you that Bob Arum 'learned his lesson', you know they're too far gone.

When Mayweather was in his stable Cotto was still rising and looking to prove his self so giving him that fight wasn't going to be logical anyway and terrible for business since Arum was still in the process of hyping his rising star. Hatton wanted the fight in England only to hear his father later say that Hatton needs a few more fights to be ready for Mayweather.

    No, it wasn't.

And Berto, Ghost, and Ortiz would ALL be favorites over Alvarado and Rios back then AND right now.

Besides floyd at 140 cotto and hatton were the best fighters at the weight. Floyd asked for both, Arum shot both down because of the guarantee, which quite honestly mayweather low balled himself with and arum still wouldnt pay it.

The two most highest paid boxers of all time were once with Arum and left. Then in turn made more money without him than with him...Much more...That speaks volumes about Arum.
