A 4 round fight to me should be something like white collar boxing. Not a professional bout.

Eddie needs to get his **** together. Dreadful card. It doesn't deserve a TV slot.

Is Eddie living off the Froch PPV's?

Without them would Sky pull their boxing budget again? I think so.

i have to admit its not a great card im a big fan of eddie's and what he has done for boxing over the last two years but this card dose feel like a bit of a let down , in saying that tho all of matchrooms biggest fighters IMO have been out recently like froch, groves(kinda a matchroom fighter) brook ,quigg and barker this weekend i just would have liking to see more 50/50 fights or even a bigger name on the bill not just opponents

Sounds like the UK fans have finally caught on to Fast Cars hustle. His cards are getting consistently worse and shows how shallow his stable of fighters actually are.

Alternatively the card in San Antonio looks amazing.

Leo Santa Cruz vs Cesar Seda
Keith Thurman vs Jesus Soto Karass
    Adrian Broner vs Marcos Maidana

Plus Shumenov's return and Jermaine Taylor against a durable opponent.

Seems people having finally woken up and realises the truth about both Eddie and Froch, nothing but utter bullshitters the card is terrible, as was the Froch undercard, Eddie is starting to ruin boxing in the UK with **** cards and awful decisions.

the Froch v Groves undercard was utterly dire....almost every fight was 2nd or 3rd reserve with some at 24 hours notice ....i think this went fairly unoticed due to the main event

Hearn will read this, then retweet a bunch of morons saying the card is excellent.

The reality is the hardcore boxing fans are few and far between; Eddie is catering to those who want to see the big names fight, regardless of how tough the fight is.

The Groves-Froch undercard was particularly dire and half my tweets on Twitter are complaining about it, but I don't actually mind this card.

    - Purdy Vs Bundu is good and relevant
    - Evans-Ochieng = solid
    - don't know too much about Mitchell's opponent, i'm guessing it's shite to cuase this outrage?
    - Couple of good competitive 'trade fights' in Boylan-Owen and Goodjohn-Connor. That's 4 fights there which could go either way

Then aye, it gets a bit shite, but atleast Yafai, Joshua and Ogogo are staying active. Murray and McDonnell are pretty pointless additions to the card.

    I would rate it a solid 7/10
