Not sure about that. People will still make threads and remeber him for being scared to fight Pac. :yep:lol:

If Floyd had some balls he would've fought Pac after Pac beat Cotto. :yep

Who the hell was Trout at the time floyd fought ortiz?

Martinez is at 160...Lets be serious

Arum wouldnt make Pac-Floyd what makes you think he'd throw bradley in there. The next few months will be tellin and further exspose arum. Unlike pac bradley will be on Arum to make the floyd fight. I predict he'll do what he always does.

The 'bad for business' part was refusing to recognize that Mayweather, not Cotto, was the 'rising star'.

Actually he didnt. Only when it comes to pac as he has a soft spot for him. Anything else regarding mayweather ducking a fighter scar will defend. Whenit comes to pac he is intellectually dishonest about what takes place.

i have no problem with this. i might have done the same if i were in his shoes, or maybe not.

what i have a problem is when his fans try to prop up his legacy despite him choosing path of least resistance.

you dont fight the risky/legacy fights, your legacy suffers. no amount of hypothetical wins is going to change it contrary to what his fans believe.

floyd did not get points with marquez koing pac.

he has to fight pac himself.

there is no free lunch. simple.

What are you talking about? Floyd has a damn good resume and the only fighters people ***** about are Top Rank fighters. Simple as that. :patsch

    That too.

He basically lost mayweather over 3 million. All floyd wanted was 10 for hatton an cotto, Arum wouldnt come off 7 mil. An 20 for DLH, Floyd doubled an tripled that when he fought those guys on his own, later on signing the biggest contract in boxing history. Bad business indeed. An its not like he didnt lose DLH also, he should've "learned his lesson" then.

Mayweather is leagues above everybody the same size as him.

Case in point, when he fought JMM, everyone called it cherry-picking. Ya'll said he was too old, small, too slow, past his prime, would never cut it at 147...

But for anyone else at 147, whether it be Pac or Bradley or whoever, JMM is suddenly a great challenge and an all-time great and a top 5 p4p...

Back to Ortiz and Guerrero, both guys had the resumes and experience required for a shot at Floyd. The fact that they werent a challenge for him doesnt mean the fights are a joke. What it means is that there are VERY few guys who can challenge him at all. And yes, we have to pressure Floyd to take these few guys on.

Martinez has repeatedly said he'd come down to 154 for for that fight no problem & Floyd has fought at 154 in the past. Also Martinez is with Dibella so no promotional issues either.

As for Trout at the time Floyd fought Guerrero he was the unbeaten champ at 154 having just had a breakout win over Cotto.
