mayweather vs guerrero did 900k? damn pac needs to get everyone to wish death upon him so his numbers will be as good as mayweather. if may v guerrero did 900k that means 800k paid in the hopes that mayweather would lose. don't forget it was a mexican holiday, mayweather only fights on mexican holidays.

Mayweather fans having a circle jerk over his ppv buy rate compared to pac is pathetic. who. the. ****. cares how much a fighter sells. So since Pac does worst at the box office he doesn't deserve to fight him?

When the Maravilla-mayweather talks were strong a couple years ago all the floyd fans said "he dont bring enough money to the table" seriously why do you care? do you want to see him in great fights or do you want to see your "boy" make great money? No other set of fans cares as much about their fighters monetary gain as mayweather fans

And some **** made a thread yesterday claiming Pacquiao made 30m$ for the fight... Just goes to show you really have to verify what you read on this forum. Especially if it's posted by one of the re-emerging pactwats.

Pretty sure they held the fight in China for a reason knowing the fight probably won't do too big numbers in US. Macau casinos paid a lot of money to bring the fight there.

If true these are some pretty low numbers for a Pacquio fight. It seems most of his fights do around a million and now this one is about half of that.

A poor undercard(again) and Rios not being a big name fighter hurt but I'd guess fighting in China had a lot to do with this. The fight just doesn't get the same publicity overseas and its no surprise then that Arum is saying Pac's next fight is back in the U.S.

I wonder if Arum actually lost money on this fight. Depending on the price and ppv buys the fight probably brought in 30-35+ million. Arum gets about half that so he brought in 15-20 million tops.

I guess he was paid a large site fee and he gets money from a number of other outlets but Pac was given a pretty big gaurantee and that doesn't include Rios, other undercard fighters, marketing, travel, etc.

Overall this is bad news for Top Rank, HBO, and definitely Pacquaio.

Maybe you don't want to see the two best ATG's of the division go at it but many real fans do.

wow, I expected about 600k, sucks for pac. Shitty promoter only looking out for himself. It may of made shitty numbers, but you know Bob is counting the dollars he just made off the fight.

Hope floyd vs pac still happens.

Pac lost money as well with these numbers. Yes he has his guarantee but once you add in Arum, Koncz, Roach and whoever else that is a huge hit to that guarantee with a failed PPV.
