the blueprint is easy and has been used many times, defend against 99% weaklings. Be that as it may, Joe deserves to enter HoF for staying around that long for his record defences total. Takes sheer persistence. I always said he should be, even though it took him 21 fights and 10 years to do what McGuigan did in 45 minutes. so fingers crossed he makes it, I really hope so. If he cant, with 21 defences and 10 years, it seems a bit unfair and a real waste of a career. It will be **** beyond belief.
Zaggers is a bona fide HOFer. Congratulations to the best boxer of the last ten years not called Floyd Mayweather. Irrefutable.
I do hope he gets in now, given all this praise. Would be tragic if he didnt. anyway, definitely has a chance based on longevity defences.
Fair play and fully deserved, a clear HOF fighter and ATG British and a SMW. Calzaghe at 70% would have beaten Froch easy
Calzaghe, De La Hoya and Trinidad are being inducted. Barry Hearn is also on the inductee list. Why they let promoters in I'll never know. Arum and King being in is a farce and devalues the hall even more than it already is. It's a boy's club, nothing to do with the true all time great fighters of boxing.
Inducting a boxer who is incapapable of throwing a legitimate scoring punch, like Calzaghe is comparable to inducting Jose Suliaman & Sylvester Stallone Inducting a crook & a former porn movie & B film actor I guess the next move must be a boxer that cannot punch. Canastota has become as big a joke as The Ring
