No. Leapia beat a long time Ring top 10 in his prime years away from home.

Leapai's win over Boystov clearly trumps anything Pianeta has ever done but Leapai has 4 losses while Pianeta was undefeated. On paper you could probably make a case for either guy, I'd probably lean towards Leapai because of the Boystov win but there on a similar level.

In the ring I'd go with Leapai. He has real ko power which gives him some hope for an upset while Pianeta had nothing to hope to beat Wlad with.

So beating a untested Euro bum gets you a title shot. You Wlad fans are pathetic. You think just because you enjoy Wlad getting handed easy fights everyone else does. Wlad has a hand in this **** too. Boytsov beat no one and Wlad picked him as his next hug victim. Now Leapai beats the bum we all knew Boytsov was and now he gets to wrestle your *** hero Wlad. Enjoy watching your hero on Epix I wont watch that ****.

That is BS. You know damn well Wlad is going to hold and grab him for 12 boring rounds. He will not get anywhere near Wlads weak ass chin.

Don't worry he will defend his white heros no matter what. He will make Leapai out to be a prime Tyson.

Depends how Leapai chooses to fight. If he wants to bull rush over and over like Povetkin there will be lots of holding. If he fights like Pianeta, Wach, Haye, Chambers or Chagaev there won't be.

Poor decision.Should of been a title eliminator first. No one else has a chance in hell of taking Wlad's title anyways. Why would people want Wlad to fight,Fury,Wilder,Chisora. All unproven, worthless bums. All Hype no substance. They have done nothing with their careers. The last thing they are is contenders.

Bad fight, but I'm still not sure why critics are acting like Wlad picked the mandatory. He wants to hold on to his titles, he's got to fight the mandatories. Some are better than others.

If the WBO had any level-headedness they'd put in Leapai into a final eliminator with someone with a pulse. Be it Fury/Adamek/Arreola/Solis heck even Chisora.

Or Fury/Adamek/Arreola/Solis/Chisora could try and emulate Leapia and a beat a long standing top 10 fighter who's in his prime.
