Do we all agree we hope Ward smashes him all over the ring for 12 rounds instead?

I will be routing for Ward to smash Froch around the ring causing as much embarrassment as possible.

Well if he fights Ward then that's a much tougher fight... best in the division and all that. I'm not going to call Froch a "coward" if he takes on a tougher fight...

Some people are going OTT when it comes to Froch.

It's not his fault that the fight got stopped early, and he got screwed over by the ref just as much as Groves did.

I don't think Ward takes the fight to be honest- little reward for him.

It's hard to call Froch a coward after what we've seen him do in the ring.

He's lived off his warrior reputation, "I will fight anybody" etc etc, he now has a legitimate fight to take and is running away from it.

Has begged Kessler and Ward to give him rematches yet won't give George one who deserves a rematch far more than Carl ever has.

And his warrior reputation stems from being signed up for the Super Six by Mick Hennessy and then fighting opponents he didn't even choose. That's like saying Stoke City are warriors for playing the likes of Man Utd, Man City and Chelsea.

I agree that Groves deserves a return. I still can't call him a coward.

yes because he'll be the first boxer ever in the whole wide world to not give an opponent a re-match!

I think he should give the re-match but he's not a coward.
