I used to wrestle at 169 lb in highschool. People here who saying you can't lose 13 lbs in a day, haven't done shitt in their life. Very possible. Take a shitt, stop eating, dehydrate, run tons, you can easily drop those 7-8 pounds.

Bul**** His walking weight is 154, so after an 8 week camp he lost 1 ****ing pound. He lost a stone in a day ok, can happen if you do some extreme ****, but you would look dead, something like what brandon rios looked like tryna make 135. Khan always looked lean and athletic. For his fight with garcia he made weight with 3 days to go, ruben tabares would update his twitter, and with a couple days to go he tweeting something like, 'now thats how you make weight'
Considering Khan is full of crap, it's probably pretty regular of him to lose 13lbs or more every day.
i did it for a bet. i did a 2 hr workout and ran 6 miles to make that happen without a rubber suit. rubber suit probably would have made it happen quicker. if i knew what i know now...i would have never done it for stupid bet. the most i lost in a single workout when i was fighting was 7lbs. i used to box at 152-165 back in the day.
seriously....it takes 48-72 hours to replenish the fluid loss from your skull when u dehydrate like that. he sure did kill some brain cells.
