...except that Marroquin and to a lesser extent Cordoba were made to order for Rigondeaux to box their ears off, and he struggled with them...and neither is as big (frame not height), strong, well-conditioned, experienced at the top level or as good all-around as Agbeko...

yeah it's one real thing I'm waiting to see from him. Rigo vs Mares or even better, Leo Santa Cruz would be great

I think Mares would beat Agbeko in a rubber match, but matches up worse stylistically with Rigondeaux. :conf

Guillermo vs. Leo is the kind of **** you only dream about. The ultimate clash of Cuban vs. Mexican epitomes.

I expect this to be a tough fight for Rigo (who I rate very highly)

An Agbeko win here would not shock me, but overall I have to think Rigo's timing, speed, counters, and footwork will see him through.

Cant wait though.... should be a good test.

His comment was of the ridiculously ignorant variety and focused exclusively on Agbeko, not Rigondeaux.

I demand that you de-time this poll so that I can come back in, in case of an upset and vote for Agbeko.

Donaire was a lot bigger too, and much quicker than Agbeko.

Joe is the perfect style of fighter for Rigo to look good against so i expect Rigo to win by stoppage between the 8th and 10th round.
