You guys make me laugh. All this trying to ridicule Joe Frazier when I'll lay odds most of you never saw him fight.
Joe was a FIGHTER!!!!! Yeah he got knocked down but he got back up didn't he.
As for the Klitschko's ? lol All they have is SIZE. Neither have the balls to get down in the trenches & FIGHT!!!! That's been proven hence the nickname Quitschko. That's what they'd have to do against Joe he'd come out Smokin' & walk right through the robots
I had the pleasure of meeting & chatting to Joe & Earnie Shavers at the Black Tie fights in Dallas a few years ago. Both were great guys. Ask either of them if Muhammad Ali couldn't punch. They both said his punches were hard & accumulative & HURT!!!

Tyson could take Frazier's punches, we all know that. At least for a couple rounds. But what about Frazier? How many rounds could he eat combinations from Tyson? One round, two rounds? This has mismatch written all over it.

Look, Frazier is a hero, he's one of the best of his era. But putting him in a time machine and comparing him to greats of the modern era he doesn't compare well at all. Too small, too crude, too soft-chinned.

I'm most likely older than you, and yes have seen Frazier and all those older gen fighters. I'm also not afflicted w/sappy nostalgia or blind national or racial bias. In my career in the defense biz I help analyze multi million to billion $ inventories and complex contracts.

Frazier's "power" and skill set, given his size, would not make him a serious contender in this era. Even in his own era it was his big heart and tenacity that won him his biggest fight (Ali I). Heart & tenacity can only take you so far.

Joe would beat down both Klitschko's & Bowe I'm sure . Lewis & Frazier would be barn burner. Sure Lennox is big like the Klitscko's but he doesn't looks like somebody is controlling him with a remote control. all herky jerky like the Klits do
I'm glad the fans have embarrassed the city of Philadephia enough that they are finally erecting a statue to honour Smokin Joe. The fact they ignored him & erected one to a two bit movie actor like Stallone was disgusting. Maybe they thought Rocky was real though huh:nut

Frazier's left hook was perfection. A punch like that is a gift and can't be thought. You have it or you don't. Joe had it and Tommy Morrison had it.

Todays HWs would collapse after 5 rounds fighting the pace Frazier brings brings.
Wlad got floord by what you would descriibe as the very definition of a amateur , looping left hook by Sam Peter. Thrown is slow motion compared to Frazier's.
When Joe lands, Wlad doesn't get back up.
