Stupidest Question ever or one of.

Lara is a championship caliber but is being ducked by the red head step child.

What? Does Mayweather have potential too?

Lara is a damn good fighter and behind only Mayweather at 154 if that's your question

If Golovkin wants to put his money where his mouth is he should fight Lara at 154

both of them are apparently being ducked by the big names

At 154- he'd beat anyone decisively that tries to box him without concussive power like Trout did (which is actually quite a lot of the top guys if you look at the top 10-15) other than, Floyd Mayweather (who would outbox Lara), and Carlos Molina (if these two meet 10 times there would be no clear winner in any of them).

Styles make fights and I think Cotto does better against him, than Cotto did against Trout (and Cotto certainly does better than Trout did against Lara) but I'm not sure he would win. Alvarez is also a fight a see as a toss up- I'd probably score it for Lara, but the judges may see it for Canelo.

Kirkland pressure fighting would be difficult for him to deal with- like Angulo was. But this is Kirkland- he can wear Lara down but he can also be stopped with ease in the early rounds.

Golovkin would stop him for sure in my view. He has more power, better punch selection and cuts of the ring better than Angulo and better boxing ability.
