Dawson is ranked 14th in the wba and Mundine just stated it has to be a top 15 ranked guy,with a month and abit to prepare,no big name contender will take it up. Its going to be Dawson

I'd say Dawson. Don't see how it makes a statement though. No time for these fights bring in another name fighter or don't bother. An accident injury/ draw or lucky punch ko from Dawson ends career.
