Not a bad fight. Perhaps not very fan friendly but a good experience for Danny and a nice opportunity for Paulie.

I actually think Paulie might be able to handle Danny. It'd at least be a good fight, and NYC/Philly are close enough that they could pack a place out.

There was supposed to have been a rematch with Matthysse. However, Pauli would be acceptable, but Pauli is dangerous fight for Garcia because he can box and is getting even better......................I doubt if Garcia will fight Malignaggi................

Paulie beats danny all day every day.

Khan gave danny problems for a few rounds with speed and movement.

Paulie has speed, is hard to hit and best of all a much better chin than Khan.

Paulie on points by a few rounds

    :rofl
Please stop overrating Paulie, Judah just stood there and Broner just tried to block too much

    Garcia would stop him

Judah stood there because Paulie was able to freeze him, despite a total lack of power. He was also able to keep Broner from simply walking him down like he should have. Paulie's feints and jab will cause all kinds of trouble for a slowish counterpuncher like Danny (even Morales' old man jab had Danny screwed up in the first fight). Danny likes guys to stand in his wheelhouse and throw combos, but Paulie will be in and out and side to side. I can see Danny catching him repeatedly with counters, but Paulie won't go down and the overall volume combined with Danny missing wildly would win Paulie rounds.

I would predict the other way if Paulie hadn't seemed in such good shape against Judah, but his style is made to frustrate a guy like Garcia.

how are people giving paulie a chance against Garcia? Paulie got his ass kicked by Cano and was LUCKY to escape with the decision. If this is on the floyd undercard i doubt it would help sell tickets, not like paulie is some action fighter and the fact he has a good chin makes it almost certain to be a decision with no suspense of the KO.

My understanding was that he was going to hang around 140 for a couple more fights. Matthysse , Soto and Mayfield are all Golden Boy fighters who would fight him in a heartbeat so I don't understand what the rush is.
