The funny thing is that the American government wont let people into their country who have a record. Even American companies in europe, scan for criminal records , so if you did something small 20 years ago you cant work for them and you cant enter the states. At the same token in America in a lot of states your record is clean after 5 years, you can vote and even own a gun again. Should tyson be allowed into the UK- absoloutley. But the US government need to extend it right back. They have no tolerance for a foreigner with a record.
