Devon Alexander made Maidana look like a D Level fighter

Broner has to win 10-12 rounds or stop him for it to be a good performance

 

For some reason I think your "knowledge" comes from boxrec, and the only boxing you've watched was in Broner highlights...

Do yourself a favor and stop spewing pointless bull****.

Alexander made Maidana look bad by clinching 120-150 times during the course of the fight... Its hard to look good against a ****ing octopus, friend.

 

Kotelnik beat Alexander and so did Matthysse, but those fights were in Alexander's home town......................the fight with Porter was not.............

Look for Maidana to be hyped by the media so as to hype up Broner. Maidana will be cheated as usual, he will be fighting Broner, Broner's referee and his judges........................remember...........the boxing media, promoters, etc., believe that the fans are very stupid......................remember the judge who gave Bradley a round that Pac landed 2 punches to 1, that judge insulted the fans by claiming the fans did not know anything about boxing, didn't know how a fight is scored, then he resigned.............total insult..............

how did Maidana get a shot when hes lost everytime hes stepped up, no way does he deserve to be main event in a world title fight after Devon completely embarassed him and made him look like a novice. Devon is no Ward/Klitschko/Maywether as has been proved so it's embarassing to lose every round to Devon

 

Maidana won an eliminator vs Karass. broner had no choice but to fight him or vacate. Devon fight is irrelevant because Broner fights nothing like Devon who holds and is defensive, Broner is an offensive fighter who stands still trying to counter attack, Maidana will get plenty of chances to throw but will he land enough clean shots?.

Maidana also was at his worst vs Devon, its well known his head trainer got i'll 6 weeks before the fight and then later on died, It was a terrible performance from Maidana no doubt but since then has joined Garcia and has improved in his last 3 fights. You are acting as if he lost to Devon and got a title shot right away, when in reality he has won his last 3 by KO and won a title eliminator, actually EARNING his title shot.

Alarm bells rang for me when I heard an interview from maidanas manager.
Maidanas heart isnt in the game after hearing he's so so about fighting and postponed a few potential fights because he couldn't be bothered to train and wanted to spend time out.Maidana isn't hungry anymore it would explain his lack lustre performance against bradley I think he's just there for the paycheck now.

Are you talking about the one where he told his manger he wouldn't mind waiting to 2014 to fight broner?, if so it doesn't matter because as he went on to say Maidana came into training earlier than expected and in already great shape. He is taking Broner fight very seriously and has looked good in the 3 fights since Devon (Not Bradley)
