1) Why has TR/Pac not made a attempt to call GB/CBS to make the fight happen?

2)If floyd is scared, then why is he the only one who signed the first contract? He signed it Pac did not.

3) Why did pacquiao refuse OSDT to make the first fight?

4)What proof do you have (actual facts) that Pac & TR are trying to make the fight?

5) Floyd said a year ago when his deal with CBS was announced that he will be fighting the next couple of years only on may & september, Why is it that Bob & Pac already announced there fighting in April.

6) Why does Bob Arum not answer CBS/GB calls?

What i listed are questions based on facts. There not disrespecting pac in any way, but you guys are insisting that Floyd is scared then please persuade me to believe you by actually answering these questions.

I don't think too many people factor in how bad the Top Rank- GBP war is let alone the Mayweather- Top Rank war.

Can anyone remember a fight Floyd had since leaving Top Rank where he took on a Top Rank fighter?? I don't think it has anything to do with him being "afraid" of anyone from that stable, he just doesn't want to do business with Bob Arum and he has his own reasons for that.

Now if Manny was a GBP fighter and Floyd still hadn't fought him, than maybe you can form an argument that Floyd is avoiding him. But Floyd hasn't taken on Bradley, Pacman or any other Top Rank fighter and that's mainly due to the resentment he still holds with his former promotional company.

Marquez wouldn't have been able to fight Floyd if he was a Top Rank fighter at the time, but Marquez was a GBP guy/FA when that fight was made.

Anyway, GoldenBoy has a better stable and Floyd has taken on only the top level fighters from their stable.

This idea that he's ducking a guy he would clearly be favored over is just silly.

As much as I enjoy Bert Sugar (RIP,) he doesn't know what's going on in the negotiation tables. he's just clearly making educated guesses/assumptions as to why the fight hasn't been made.

You're forgetting the promotional side to this all. I should've prefaced my statement by saying I'm actually a fan of both fighters, but if you know anything about Floyd's career, you should know he hasn't done any business with Bob Arum since he left Top Rank. Plain and simple. He just doesn't like doing business with them at all.

Now maybe if GBP and Top Rank were on amicable terms, the fight could potentially happen. But since they're at war as well, and GBP co-promotes all of FLoyd's fights since the DLH fight in 2007, it's seems pretty clear to me why this fight hasn't been made:

FLOYD DOESN'T LIKE TO DO BUSINESS WITH TOP RANK. HE DOESN'T WANT TO PUT ANYMORE MONEY IN BOB ARUM'S POCKET, PERIOD.

I don't know what's so hard to understand about that. This is the worst time in boxing as far as the 2 largest promotional companies not working with each other. Combine that with Floyd's resentment of Bob Arum who he felt didn't do a good job furthering his career and having him segue into a PPV star, and you should easily know why things are the way they are.

Someone who wants something made doesn't have a plethora of excuses like Pac...naming all the excuses from Pac and his team put a good perspective of who's avoiding who....Here's a quick list off the top of my head as to why they won't fight Floyd, it's amazing...and hilarious.

Ans. Whether TR/pac makes some call to GB/CBS or not, it doesnt help. The final decision maker will be up to Floyd if he really wants it or not(been 3+ yrs passed).

Ans. There is no such contract signed by Floyd(got proof? show us)

Ans. Floyd who? why would someone dictate pac? There's a proper authority who does that(vada, usada) Even if he takes OSDT, how many endless roadblocks followed after that(cutoffs, ppv share, Arum not involved, etc) No end.

Ans. To tell you the truth, Arum and pac had been trying to negotiate since from the start but Floyd is the problem, he's not making any serious negotiation with TR he keeps on running, avoiding pac by all means. He needs to man up real(no flipflopping).

b) The best or proper way to make offer is if its done personally(eye2eye) not by phone or other related media(fb, twitter). Actually he can setup a meeting to be attended by both parties. They can discuss and talk as long as they want.
