Broner is gonna beat the hell out of Maidana...This is the same guy that let a 70 yr old Morales push him to his limit, allowed a decent, slightly above average Alexander dominate him...He couldn't stop Khan a guy with one of the worst chins in boxing and who he had badly hurt....

Maidana although got the stoppage went life and death with C level fighters Soto Karrass and Josesito who are both easier to hit than a stationary tee ball...He was also out boxed by Kotelnik...

Look for Broner to start slow the first few rounds then proceeds to pick Maidana apart in route to an easy UD or late TKO...

He wasn't out boxed by Kotelnik, its a 7-5 fight either way or a draw. razor close fight which i thought Maidana won but have no problems with Kotelnik getting the nod. Devon held all night vs the worst Maidana there's been. this isn't the Maidana from the Devon fight plus Devon fights nothing like broner. that fights means nothing in DEC 2013.

Maybe none of the loses or struggles he's had mean nothing...but on Dec 14 he's gonna be outclassed I guarantee that...Maidana does not have what it takes...

his game plan is to go in and throw 100 punches a round and I guarantee once he's sees no success in that he has no plan B...Broner will punish his glass body and grab himself an impressive win at welter weight...Some fights are just easy to predict and for me this is one of them...

By the way, what makes you think Maidana is any different from his fight with Devon? Is it because he has a new trainer or was it his fights with two guys who plays right into Maidana style who Chino had more power than and was able to outlast them because they both have **** defense...Maidana was clearly hurt in both fights and looked vulnerable against two C level fighters..

    :lol::lol::lol::lol:

for christs sake, Broner DOES NOT fight like Alexander, and Maidana..(do I really need to say Maidana doesn't fight like Lee Purdy)

OH ALEXANDER SHUTOUT MAIDANA MAIDANAS A BUM!!

yeah, first of all, Alexander has legs, Broner don't, second, go back and watch Kotelnik get robbed against Alexander, and have a HELL of a harder fight against Maidana scraping an SD

I've been re-watching Maidana and Broner fights leading up to this one

seriously, if Broner thinks he's gonna stand in front of Marcos like he did Rees and Paulie, he is in for a hell of a rude awakening

Also the same guy who gave Kotelnik a hell of a harder fight than Alexander did (even though Alexander of course got the gift decision)

Kotelnik stands in front of you, but he is at least a top amateur and Olympic silver medallist, and iron jawed, and most importantly, can judge distance and timing

Brought in to lose vs the "next big thing" Victor Ortiz, out brawled and made him quit like a *****, ruining Ortiz' reputation

moved up to welter and out-fought and battered two bigger brawlers in Soto Karass and Lopez

What is Broner gonna do? give Maidana a boxing lesson? when was the last time Broner used his legs?

is he gonna outfight Maidana up close? tell me ONE fighter who has ever done that?

    I'll be here

I just think it's hilarious how Broner fans point out Maidanas record yet Broners last result was an SD over Malignaggi

I'm not exactly a Broner fan, there are a few fighters I favor over him at welter and Jr welter, Maidana isn't one of them...my brother loves Broner and I give Broner **** all the time about his slow starts, low work rate and playing around in the ring...

I had Broner winning 8-4 against Paulie, I gave Paulie 3 of the first 4 rounds and 1 round from 5-12 which was either the 10th or 11th...Paulie was just ineffective with his punches, he threw more but was out landed and took more punishment and looked uncomfortable at times during the fight...

All Paulie did was throw jabs and weak power shots that mostly hit elbows or just missed, while in the second half of the fight he was in retreat and was getting his head snapper back with hard accurate punches...

Because Broner didn't stop him people seem to think he did better than he actually did...If Broner had a better work rate he could have thoroughly dominated and possibly stopped him, but he could contain Paulies movement and Paulie gave him very few counter opportunities...

Maidana is kool but he fits right in to Broners style and you know styles make fights...I don't see Maidana power saving him this fight...just an easy fight to predict..for me anyway...

Broner was obviously nervous with all that gum smackin' and side to side twitch, but he should be able to keep his cool on fight night and win comfortably by decision.
