I think Colin Hart just said it right (I'm watching Mitchell vs Mendoza, a guy who Khabib got credit for beating in 7..) and Colin says "he showed his talent when he beat Prescott, but didn't get the media credit he deserved, becaused that was the night Amir Khan beat that kid Salita"

but hey, Crawford sure as hell got credit for beating Prescott, how many of you actually remembered that Mitchell schooled a better younger Prescott YEARS before Crawford did?

I've seen them pal, he looks no different than the likes of Hammerin Hank Lundy or Kevin "The Hammer" Mitchell

What exactly does he do better than those two at the highest level?

Oh, we don't know, because he hasn't been at that level yet

He's pretty skilled, but not boring, his KO record flatters his power, he is ****ing BORING to listen to though, damn, the kid has the personality of a brick wall

false. his last fight was sort of, but he had an unwilling opponent.

check out the 2 previous fights to that. he's the total package imo.
he can out-box u, come forward, exchange, counter, throw combos, speed, timing, and has solid power. also very effective from southpaw and orthodox.

if u dont want to check him out, cool but you'll definitely see it on display against Burns :yep:yep

Burns was tipped to be stopped by Martinez and Katsidis, and some tipped Mitchell to blow him out or at least win a decision thanks to his (boxing skill and power)

people forget, the guy performs when he is the underdog, so you Crawford fans need to just reel it in a little bit

When Burns fought Mitchell, the latter had been obliterated by Katsidis and the former was in good form. When Burns fights Crawford, he'll be coming off two fights where he struggled badly and going up against a fighter who appears to have advantages in power, speed and skill-set.

We'll see how it goes, but I think I would favor Crawford at this point.

Who here honestly can say Crawford has better power than Mitchell? Those who pick Crawford to stop Ricky?

actually the latter was coming off a brutal KO of unbeaten 31-0 European champion John Murray, a better result than anything on Crawford record again

Mitchell was supposed to fight Brandon Rios afterwards, but visa issues made it so that Murray got the fight instead
