Browne destroyed Clarence Tillman today in 1. 2 years ago, the fight went over the distance. Browne will now fight in March for the Commonwealth heavyweight title, probably against Chisora because Price has vacated his titles.

He isn't the most skilled fighter, but it seems he is carrying a lot of power and I would like to see the Chisora fight happen. If Browne manages to win against Chisora, a title eliminator fight would be in the line for him. Any thoughts about Browne?

I'm not saying Browne hasn't improved - but couldn't that also mean Tillman has declined? He was after all 2-6-1 between meetings with Browne and kayoed twice in a row in there and is now 36...

Was this rematch even necessary?

Browne was hardly rusty or in need of a tuneup. 2013 was a great year for him notching wins over Toney, Walker, and Towers (not many heavyweights keep that busy a schedule, especially with opponents having any name value) - why rush to add on a downtrodden journeyman he already beat in 2011? :huh

i like him, he seems like a cool dude outside the ring. technically wise he is far from perfect but yes, he does posses quite a lot of power. I just wish he was a bit younger because at that age he doesn't have a lot of time to create fuss.

...for what, his dog? Wreath-shaped treats? :yep

What does a non-televised KO1 of Clarence Tillman net you these days? A tenner?

Tillman is a glass-jawed journeyman and Browne's power is world class.

If this fight had resulted in anything other than a Browne KO1 then I'd have been shocked.

Maybe he pulled a Haye and "didn't" bet on himself winning by KO1 for some extra cash

Lucas Browne is going to be world champ. I first said this in 2012, I still think the same.

Browne is really raw, so getting him in there with literally anyone as much as possible can only help. He seems like a natural fighter and a cool guy, would be nice if someone would like, y'know...train him.

Since there are numerous belts floating around, I suppose he could get the WBU belt....LOL
