Broner-Maidana, Thurman-Karass, Purdy-Bundu, Braehmer-Oliveira Fight Night Discussion

    Super Saturday is once again here folks.

    Sky Sports has Lee Purdy challenging the talented Italian Leonard Bundu for the European Welterweight title.

    Kevin Mitchell looks to end the year off in style against late replacement El Ouazghari who ran John Murray relatively close a few years ago for the European title.

    The undercard is littered with names like Martin Murray and Jamie McDonnell. Some domestic trade fights also within that with the Clash of Carshalton between Tony Owen and ''Pretty'' Ricky Boylan for the Southern Area Light Welterweight title.

    Boxnation has Jurgen Braehmer challenge for the WBA Light Heavyweight title (regular) in Germany vs undefeated Marcus Oliveira.

    Then into the wee hours we have a splendid card with Keith ''One Time'' Thurman facing off against Jesus Soto Karass for the Interim WBA Welterweight title. A fight that could well steal the show with Karass looking to upset the applecart once again this year.

    We also have Shumenov defending his WBA Super Light Heavyweight title against the undefeated Tomas Kovacs. Leo Santa Cruz looks to send another statement of intent as he defends his WBC Super Bantamweight title vs Cesar Seda.

    Then for the big one it's Broner vs Maidana. DANGERZONE!.

    Has Broner bitten off more then he can chew?. Can Maidana finally capture a world title (not interim!). Or will Broner show his worth and put Maidana to the sword.

    It's put up or shut up.

    Lets get this party started!.

    Most of the favourites will win , so will Purdy and im think maidana has a chance to upset Broner

    Purdy's in a tough fight mate. Bundu's looked very promising but this is a tough fight tonight. Bundu rightly is the favorite but i fancy Purdy to grab a late stoppage..

    Groves on the broadcast..

    Good opening round. Kal started to settle down as it went on and relaxed.

    Wasn't long ago he looked fantastic. He does seem a tad tense and loading up.

    The other boys come to win so Kal might be able to grab a stoppage..
