Surprised you're not as ******ed you normally seem and have a decent list. But Marquez over Pacquiao.

Marquez beat the breaks off that guy a year ago and Pacquiao hasn't had a significant WW win since.

Thurman should be a tad higher, maybe change him and Guerrero. Guerrero also hasn't had a real win for a while. He's disappeared from the face of the Earth.

Both Bradley and JMM should be above Pacquiao at this point.
I will place Maidana a little higher too.
Agree on the other entries though.

This is from a guy who said Rios would stop Pacquiao in 8 rounds.

Marquez did not beat the breaks of Pacquiao he scored a sensational knock out it a highly competitive fight. I believe those 6 rounds actually took more out of Marquez than it did Pacquiao. I also believe Pacquiao beat Bradley (somewhat less competitively than Marquez beat Pacquiao) and Bradley beat Marquez by a decent margain. Making the three hard to rank. I won't really complain at any order of them provided Bradley is above Marquez.

I've had way more correct predictions. Show me your bet slip genius :good. If not, you have no right to even question me. :hi:. You also have 0 V Cash Lol! So you shouldn't talk about predictions!!

    Anyways, Marquez completely destroyed Pacquiao.

As a WW ranking, Marquez should be above and it really can't be disputed. Fact.

Maybe if Pac gets 1 more good win he can make his way top 1/2.

    Right now he's a good 3rd.

Maidana was completely schooled by Devon Alexander who lost to Shawn Porter. And he's below the top 4 for sure.

The Broner win is being overrated because Broner was so overrated.

Let's be honest- we was all expecting a robbery when the final bell went in Broner- Maidana. I knew Broner sucked but my god he sucked worse than I thought.

My main problem with Pacquiao haters like you is you firmly believe Marquez just walked through Pacquiao. He didn't, he was hurt several times and was losing the fight at the time of the monster punch.

Once again, I don't hate him. I dislike guys like you, who make ******ed Floyd hating threads all day trying to talk Pacquiao up. There are so many more Floyd bashing threads (Which have nothing to do with boxing) than Pac hating ones!

I was also expecting a robbery, thank god it didn't happen.

I firmly believe that Marquez timed him with that punch, and it was not a lucky punch at all. We all saw him doing that same exact punch in the pre fight training videos. In hindsight, it was probably going to happen during the fight. I predicted a 6th round stoppage too, the thread should still be in ESB.

Anyways, I will agree that Marquez was losing, but it also wasn't a demolition by Pac as you *******s say either. It was a close competitive fight but Marquez was setting that right hand up for the entire fight.

Similar to Foreman/Moorer. Foreman was setting that right hand up the entire fight. And he got it.

First of all, I don't dislike Mayweather at all. So your confusing me with other guys. Do I think he's a hypocrite- sure- but nobody is perfect and I think his resume and accomplishments get shat on to a far worse degree than any active boxer, as does his head to head ability against ATG's and Great's from yesteryear- nobody in Super Featherweight to Super Welterweight history, with the possible exceptions of Tommy Hearns and Sugar Ray Robinson has an easy time with Mayweather.

I didn't call it a lucky punch either, however if Pac-JMM 5 gets made I feel very confident we will see Marquez is more of a shot fighter than Pacquiao.

Why are you so insistent on seeing a 5th? The man is completely out of his prime and he's 40 years old.

He ended their rivalry on that night. It's over. Pac should move on and continue building his legacy. His legacy isn't based on fighting Marquez. Beating the other 147's, beating Timmy again would do his resume good favors.

I think Arguello at 130, Hearns (147/154), Duran (135/147), Leonard (147), Prime Oscar/Whitaker/Mosley (135/147), Chavez (135), Pryor (140), Cervantes (140), Locche (140) and some others all would give Floyd a hard time. Not going to say who wins but Floyd would give all of them a good fight.

Floyd's resume is actually very good, not as good as his h2h ability but it's still very good. He doesn't have a top elite level resume like Greb/Armstrong/Leonard/Robinson and those guys but who really does in this era? It isn't even possible in today's boxing. Not enough elite boxers and definitely not enough fights. Fighters can only fight an X amount of times (Well top fighters) because of health related issues etc etc.

I'm not really arsed about a 5th fight, I'd be more interested in Pac-Bradley 2. I'm just saying if we did see one, I think we'd see that Pac took a lot out of Marquez in fight 4- something that got ignored by Pac detractors after the KO.

Quite a lot of fighters give Floyd a hard time and a few beat him, but nobody other than Robinson and Hearns has an easy time with him in the weight divisions he's fought in.

Don't think Robinson or Hearns would have an "EASY" time with him. Easy entails being able to completely embarrass him in every min of the fight. I would say that they'd probably beat him on their best days but it would be a good competitive fight.

I think Hearns has a easier time with Mayweather though than Robinson. It's Hearn's reach and destructive power. He was also a great boxer in his own right. The jab alone would pose a lot of problems with Mayweather. It wouldn't be EASY but I think he is the closest to Floyd's kryptonite if there ever was one.

Marquez has faded for some time now and it probably did take more out of Marquez than Pacquaio short term. Seeing as how Marquez is close to 40 years old.

But in terms of damage in the long run or even the # of remaining fights, it probably did more to Pacquiao than Marquez. Knockouts of that calibre take a huge toll on your body. It may not be short term, but he's going to see the effects later on in his life.

Like Bernard said yesterday. That fight was 3 fights for Broner. If Broner had 10 left, it's down to 7 now.

    Similarly to Pacquiao.

If Pacquiao had 5 left, it's probably down to 2-3 now.
