    Surely gotta be made?
I like brook in this fight
Although I'm a huge fan of brook I see him struggling with the likes of Thurman and maidana
Brook needs to fight 3 or 4 times next year

    Brook gets stopped

Porter was rocking Alexander badly, Brook is open to right hands

Until Brook fights someone good its hard to tell how good he is

    Agreed.

Didn't think much of Porter after the first Diaz fight but he's improved greatly in his last two fights in the Diaz rematch and Alexander fights. He's only 25 years old and coming into his peak now and would be too much for the likes of Brook.

I agree Porter has been impressive. I just think Brook has more power than Alexander, fast hands, good feet I just feel that Brook could push him back and keep him off him. Maybe I am being a bit biased. I just think Brook has enough.

Brook isn't that good...he's just had very carefully picked opposition to make him look better then he is.

Can you imagine Thurman vs Brook, Keith would decapitate poor Kell.

He can do that for he first 6 rounds but then he will get tired, if he makes it to the second half he will definitely get stopped because his stamina is terrible

Exactly, i mean who exactly is Kell's best win...Senchenko? Jones? those two are not even Top 20 Welterweights and fringe contenders at best.

As soon as Kell steps up to Elite level he's going to get found out.

Exactly, these americans are above us brits but we keep falling for the hype

Brook has good offense but his defense is terrible and Jones exposed that, to beat someone like Porter whos relentless you have to keep him off for 12 rounds, no way Brook does that

I agree with first bit, totally.I hope you're wrong in the second. Its funny how a few years ago they were saying he'd beat all but Mayweather, and now they're looking round for the easiest champion to beat, before fighting any elite men.

Thats it then.Nobody hold your breath, though, folks.Theyll be more interested in their Christmas dinner than chasing title fights. And on the other side of the pond,I reckon Porter will be basking in the glory of his new title, and the last thing he thinks about is Brook at the present time.

Brooks only chance at a title is Porter.

Maidana,Bradley,Mayweather hell Keith Thurman would destroy Kell.

I'm not so sure about that....

Bradley and Mayweather - yeah, those two would start heavy favourites and I wouldn't hold out much hope for Brook, but the others wouldn't be anything to fear.

Maidana is a day on from a great win, but don't forget he beat a blown up lightweight who has zero punch output. (A talented blown-up lightweight, but limited at the weight) Other than that, Maidana hasn't looked like a beast at welterweight and wouldn't bully Brook easily. Brook's naturally the bigger man. My only worry here would be Brook doesn't throw enough to keep Maidana occupied for 12 rounds, but if he has world title aspirations, then this is a fight he should win. Alexander didn't find him too tough.

Porter and Thurman I'd class in the same boat as Kell. Both have shown glimpses, but you can't put them anywhere near Bradley and Mayweather level yet in the division. Both have one meaningful win on their records.
