Martinez at 150 Cotto at 154 Talk about Ducks, but he takes on Bum Bum Rios and now he becomes Floyds mandatory?..
Neither of these fights is a blatant duck. He massacred Cotto at 154 and Martinez@150 was never a thing. Not having fought everybody out there doesn't exactly constitute ducking, does it?
Those fights have never been in demand. There are no reasonable arguments as to why Pacquiao should or must do either. There is no need for a Cotto rematch, and there is no pressure for ANY fighter in the sport to fight any fighter (especially a champion) two weight classes above his own. You are really, REALLY reaching here, bro..:yep
Fighters Pac has ducked: Martinez Williams Fighters Mayweather has ducked: Martinez Williams Pacquiao Margarito Cotto for a while Kostya Tszyu
pac so great he eats 5 times a day to campaign in his 7th division. pac so great peope are not contented and wants him to fight in his 8th at full limit. floyd on the other hand, asked c/w in his 5th, where he is a champion at. floyd's atg defense and footwork wont work in his 6th? i thought this guy claims to be the best in his era and possibly all time? pac shits on floyd's accomplishements. 3 weight classes in 2 fights and dominated. that is p4p atg right there.
What in the world would justify a Cotto rematch ? He litteraly destroyed Cotto the first time around. Not that I wouldn't like to see a rematch but it's not like Cotto deserves it as of right now.
Wow, that is REALLY reaching. I don't think Pac ducked anyone, but you could have made a MUCH better argument than that. The better argument would be that he pretty much skipped two divisions that contained genuine talent. Hell, he didn't even fight the best Lightweight available. Still, considering how much better Welterweight was considered at that time, I don't think your argument is particularly strong.
