Carl Froch on why he isn't giving Groves a rematch.

I cant remember the name of the Monty team member who was unfunny and unnecessary, but you'd be him with that post.

 

Froch can keep telling himself that he won without any controversy for as long as he wants, but the TRUTH is he got a gift from Howard Foster and he knows it. Froch is just doing what he can to steer away from the rematch so he's trying desperately to change peoples perception on the fight, but we all saw what happened.

 

Maybe he should sit a Geography exam before he posts?

None of this should surprise anybody. Carl Froch got out of that fight by the skin of his teeth and he knows it. He was never going to say yes to a rematch because he gets beat next time around. I still think something shady was going on in that fight. Eddie Hearn looked dodgy as **** afterwards.

 

I can't help but think if the 1st fight was complete role reversal and Froch knocked down Groves in round one with a massive punch and then continued to land heavy punches for another 7 rounds but groves came back from that beating and put Froch in trouble in the 9th he would be getting massive praise right now.

Fact is Froch is getting zero credit for the 1st fight because of the ref and his interviews afters.

Are you serious? If Froch knocked Groves down heavily like that in the first then Foster wouldn't even have gave George the count. Foster would have waved the fight off right there and then. After all he stopped George on his feet when he was still throwing punches.

No decisions/announcements will be made untill after Xmas in reality...lets just wait untill then and let both warriors rest their bodies and enjoy the holidays rather then get into a flap about Froch ducking him (which is laughable BTW and I wanted Groves to win) on a forum like obsessed little girls

Anyway talking about Warriors if the Real Warrior Evander Holyfield was in Froch's shoes he would have signed the rematch straight after the fight that's what REAL WARRIORS do. Warriors don't steer away from rematches by trying desperately to change peoples perception on the fight. If Froch doesn't rematch Groves he can drop the warrior image.
