Joes real advice is to fight 40something Chris Eubank and Roy Jones, and to avoid rematch if you barely win.

Froch said: 'Everyone could see what was going to happen in that fight and the fact is I have nothing more to prove in a rematch. I was dominating the bout and it was becoming very one-sided.

    LOL

HerolGee, Eubank's had just turned 31 when he was schooled by Calzaghe. So he was jst about in is absolute prime. Sorry to let facts get in the way of your bull****!

Regarding rematching Hopkin's hmmm! He did not have the courage to fight Cal. He relied on
    rent-a-ref Cortez to protect him!

Since when has age had anything to do with whether or not a fighter is in his prime?

    Eubank wasn't anywhere near prime.

He was at the very end of his career, and only fought twice after he'd fought Joe.

Also, he took the fight with Joe on only 11 days notice. He was preparing to fight an orthodox LHW, when he was given the opportunity to face a young southpaw at SMW.

He had to change his diet, and he also had to have injections in his knees.

Age, and ring age are completely different.

Eubank was an old fighter when he fought Joe. He'd had a hard career with many miles on the clock, and again, he had only a little time to prepare.

Muhammad Ali is a good example to use with regards to ring age.

Ali was old at 32. He aged very quickly.
