Big Heavyweights from 6"4 or over 230

such as Lennox Lewis, Vlad K,Vitali K, Bowe,Valuev,Primo,Jess,Buddy Baer (rate them alone, your top 10

Medium from over 6" to 210 to 230 such as Ali, Foreman ( rate them alone)

Small around 6ft & under or under 210
    lbs

such as Langford,Marciano,Frazier,Dempsey (rate them alone)

so you will have 3 top 10's in the heavyweight division

It depends on where you feel they were at their best weight if you had skin in the game such as a manager or an investor what weight do you think they were best

Mercer arguably in for McCall, he's either side of that number really.

You listed Jeffries as both medium and small!

I would not call Tyson or Jeffries small using the bench mark of around 6ft & under or under 210 lbs.

If you move Tyson and Jeffries into the medium area it means there hasn't been a small heavyweight champion since the early 1970's

    Jeffries belongs in medium.

Tyson is under 6/0 and qualifies as small by the criteria of the thread...

...Jackson should be in small too, as he's under 200lbs. He makes it onto my list @ 10.

I see. I do find it odd that Tyson's prime weight is greater than most of the guys in your medium class. As such he's hard to peg under the given rules.

I think Tyson is best described as compact and should be in the medium division. Outside of height and reach his tale of the tape is rather large in some areas.

I would break it down this way with a career average prime weight

    Sub 210 pounds = small
    210-225 pounds = medium
    226 + pounds = large

My large with my rules would be

    Lewis
    Vitali
    Wlad
    Bowe
    Ibeabuchi
    Douglas
    Tua
    Sanders
    McCall
    Tucker

That's a "how good" list I guess, because on any other kind of list Ibeabuchi is a "no".

Sanders is an outside bet, too.

Ike was a beast, defeating Tua, and Bryd at their best. The Byrd KO is right up there with the best I have seen.

I would bet Sanders over other large heavies like Carnera, or Willard, and his best win rates high on the large list and was done with convincing results.
