Please direct us to the contract offer Top Rank and Pacquiao have made to Mayweather? I'm assuming you have proof that an offer was made and Mayweather's decline of that offer, correct? Youtube videos with pointless rants don't count, just FYI. I'm talking an official contract.

You know what's not "super intelligent?" Being an Internet troll. You must have a sorry life.

And if you didn't notice, I don't call Pacquiao a "ducker" because he's in Bob Arum's pocket. I have no doubt Manny would take the fight.

In order to "negotiate" you would present them with an "initial offer." The other team could then accept, reject, or present a "counter offer." Sorry that I work in the real world and deal with contracts all the time.

I find it hilarious that you keep trying to say I'm "dumb" when I have an engineering degree and work in the Silicon Valley. This "dumb" person will be sure to let you know when the company I work for goes public.

It is pretty obvious you are a very insecure person. That's why you hide behind your troll identity online. I use my real name because I have nothing to hide. You obviously do.

you might have a point if floyd didn't go and fight hatton, marquez, ortiz and guerrero at 147lbs.

Paul Williams won his fight against Margarito after Floyd beat Oscar, not before, and did not fight again until February of the following year. Paul Williams also moved up a division that same year (08') after his fights with Quintana.

I have no idea what Marquez, Ortiz, or Guerrero have to do with your Paul Williams argument. Especially considering Williams was already a cripple by the time the Guerrero fight came around.

nobody said anything about oscar. mayweather signed to fight hatton after williams beat margarito, not before. mayweather defended his 147 title against a 140lb fighter (hatton). you tried to diminish williams as a champion, yet floyd himself wouldn't even defend his title against a legit welterweight. talk about established champion.

What don't you understand about "Williams did not fight again until February the following year?" (Mayweather fought Hatton in December) Also, Williams was pursuing a fight with Cintron, not Mayweather, before he signed to fight Quintana. (Source: ESPN)

"Williams (33-0, 24 KOs) outpointed Antonio Margarito in an exciting, close fight July 14 to win a world title and was scheduled to face fellow beltholder Cintron on Feb. 2 in the main event of a "World Championship Boxing" tripleheader...." (ESPN) "However, Cintron suffered a severe ligament injury in his right hand during a Nov. 23 victory against Jesse Feliciano and had to withdraw from the fight with Williams." (ESPN) Mayweather fought Hatton less than 3 weeks after Cintron's injury.

Again, you are making up a scenario that did not exist in regard to Floyd fighting Hatton. Williams was NEVER an option.

Besides the fact there was a huge call for Floyd to fight Hatton. And there were plenty of posts here on this site with people claiming Floyd would duck Hatton. Just like they said he would duck Mosley. Like they said he would duck Alvarez. It's getting rather old.

i do understand why he never fought until february, it's because everyone wanted no part of him. mayweather never signed to fight hatton until august of 2007.

maybe there was a huge call for floyd to fight a 140lb fighter that got outboxed by collazo. but floyd didnt have to go and retire after.

Read above from ESPN. He was already lined up to fight Cintron in February. You just can't admit that you are way off base in regard to Williams.

Again: even if Floyd did not retire in 08', Williams was NOT an option. He lost to Quintana in early 08', won the rematch again in 08', and left the division for good at the end of 08'. He only had two 147 fights in 08', both against Quintana where he went 1-1.

what are you talking about man. williams never immediately signed to fight anyone after he beat margarito. mayweather never signed to fight hatton until august of 2007. mayweather chose the money fight against a 140lber and then retired.

mayweather could have fought williams after he knocked out quintana in a round or after he beat martinez. but he didnt because he ducked him!

Williams never fought at 147 again after that fight. What are you talking about? Williams VACATED his title to move up in weight....

23 victory against Jesse Feliciano and had to withdraw from the fight with Williams." (ESPN)

The fight was never discussed. And you're pretending it was.

Isn't that you sounding like a complete ****** in your previous post?

Paul Williams had everything? Did he? Really?

    LOL..

He had so much that he got OUTBOXED by the lowly Carlos Quintana @ 147 - and that was BEFORE getting destroyed by Martinez and embarrassed by Lara.

And you think he KO's Leonard?

    LOL.

    ******...

he left 147 because nobody would fight him. :lol:he also made it abundantly clear that he would fight anyone at 147 even though he had moved up.

why do you keep posting some article that is dated 6 months after williams beat margarito.
