It was dental rolls. I'll give him the benefit of a doubt that he misspoke when he said pieces of napkins. I've misspoke before, and I'm sure a lot of people here have as well. Why the heck would he give Maidana a giant pill right before the END of the fight? Look at it. That thing was huge! If I was as dry mouthed as Maidana was at that point, I wouldn't be taking anything. I'd be choking on that dang thing!
Even if it was smelling salts it's irrelevant, it won't show up in tests and maidana should have been given time to recover from the cheap shot anyway which he wasnt. We will never know whether there was anything in that tissue so it means nothing whether we all think there was or there wasnt. What it doesn't change however is that it didnt have any relevance to maidana smashing broner up for 12 rounds.
What does Floyd Mayweather really have to do with a thread about Marcos Maidana, Adrien Broner, and Alex Ariza? I don't get the connection.
You better read up son. USADA brought down more than those two. Once again, *******s rejecting facts :smh
There is no reason or motive for cheating but you think he still may have cheated because he was mixing up gauze and dental rolls?
you sound like a damn fool!!.....What's the big deal dude was already loosing the fight and had lost the fight at that point!!....Don't they take DRUG TEST after the fight if he passed then yall an't talking about ****!!!
How do you know this? There are many hardcore Mayweather fans who have always resented Adrien Broner for being compared to Mayweather and see him as a poor's Mayweather. Go look at any of the YT videos from Floyd Sr. and Roger and read the comments, and all you'll see is Mayweather Jr. fans talking about how Broner aint close and how Floyd would whoop Broner's ass. And these videos are from BEFORE Broner got exposed by Maidana. And we can also make the argument that most people defending Ariza today are also the same hardcore Pacquaio fans who were just accusing JMM and Ariza of being on steroids and pellets when JMM beat Manny. These people seem to change their minds on whether or not Ariza is a dirty strength coach on a match-by-match basis depending on whether or not they like or hate his conditioned fighter's opponent for that bout. So if Manny lose to an Ariza conditioned fighter Ariza is dirty, if someone a Pacquaio fan hates loses to an Ariza conditioned fighter, Ariza is clean. Nobody took anything away from Marcos Maidana, he whooped Broner fair and square and would whoop him again in a rematch. But to have shifting double standards on Ariza just because of who his fighter is against is BS.
