    Greetings T! My first thought when I read the thread.
    Sort of a 160 lb. Shavers. If he didn't get you early you basically had him if you were contender worthy. I think Hagler said he'd NEVER been clocked and on ''***** street'' like he was after tasting a Cyclone left hook earlier in his career. That's why I love boxing so much; so many guys like Eugene that simply fly under the radar, so to speak.

    For pure one-shot punching power, I have never seen anyone (at least in the modern era) who could level a quality opponent quite like Jackson. Just freakish power.

    But it's interesting because someone like McClellan was probably a light heavyweight by the time he got into the ring. There is bound to be some benefit, at least to some degree, to his hitting power as a result.
