Having Khan being older than Broner when he faced Maidana, it could have been the case that his punch resistence was more mature hence Broner's chin being at least as solid or even harder.
But, they were the same age, and not only Khan got hit WAY more and clearer, but he also had a lowest body mass index, which is very detrimental on the chin.
Basically, he was more weight cut, which weakens the punch resistence.
While Broner looks bloated, so, yes, it really is the case than Broner's chin is WORSE than Khan's one.
