Floyd Mayweather vs. Amir Khan speculation & discussion

he 's coming off two remarkable victories , GTFOH mayweather must think we are all blind

 

This is the kind of thing that is going to really hurt Mayweather's legacy... Twenty years from now we are going to be talking about how great he was, but people are always going to have to mention his apparent fear of Pac and his cherry picking.

 

He keeps releasing videos of himself verifying that him and his team cherrypick as well as all the excuses to avoid certain fighters, so it has been all confirmed. Ortiz, Guerrero, Khan, etc... the pattern is clear.

 

Maidana is next book it

 

This would actually be a better fight than Khan. Both will be one-sided in favor of Mayweather but Khan is just a farce fight compared to Maidana.

 

Maidan coming off a win, broner maidana did pretty good numbers, an upset to a degree.....there is momentum that can be put behind this fight......he does like Khan though....so Khan could possibly get placed on undercard...look good in a win for the casuals....I think he is throwing Khan out there because he does want the UK money but he is not stupid.....right now will not work...but he is starting to build it with throwing his name out there......

Also he has everyone in an uproar about Khan......so whoever he names now.....majority probably will accept

Floyd should stick to saying the Pac fight cant happen because of Arum because when he starts saying the Khan fight makes sense then basically any fight makes sense

He keeps saying about going England but hes not gonna go just trying to make the fight seem more attracive

 

Why doesn't Floyd ever mention Bradley?

If his excuse for not fighting Pac is he's 1-2, he can fight Bradley who's got the best resume out there bar Floyd & Pac, which other opponent has got wins over Pac, Marquez, Provodnikov, Alexander, Holt, Witter & Casamayor, He's also unbeaten.

 

Khan's comments make me think of the proverb "People living in glass houses shouldn't throw stones".

The last thing Khan should be doing is commenting on the subject of glass chins.

Well I have to admit that against all better judgement and common sense I have to say I am leaning towards I huge upset on this one, a Khan win on points.

I see him popping and moving for the first 4/5 rounds and winning poss 4 of the first 5.

Floyd will beiging to time him and his left hook will come into play, khan will have a few crisis moments and floyd will have to come out of his comfort zone and fight on the front foot, searching for Khan and closing down the ring.

I just dont believe floyd can do this for 12 rounds, a win for Khan but a marginal one.
