Floyd is THE man in the sport of boxing. He's a triple threat. Highest rated, highest earner, and highest draw. He doesn't have to or need to chase any potential challenge. That is the way it is and that is the way it has always been.

The last time the fight could have been made there was only one damn side making any efforts. Goldenboy kept trying to contact Arum's dumbass to start the negotiating but he ignored them. And this was even confirmed by Arum himself when he said that he didn't understand why Schaefer was trying to contact him. Floyd even made an effort by calling Manny himself. You can call the 40 mil offer ridiculous all you want. The point is he at least made an effort to get something going.

Now here we are with both fighters without a confirmed opponent. Goldenboy has made no efforts that we know of. But has Top Rank or Manny made any efforts at all? They didn't make any efforts last go round and now that they say the fight can happen, we're still waiting for them to make contact with GB this time around. What are they waiting for if they believe the fight can happen?
