He's 48 and he'd probably still beat most heavyweights that are active today if he had kept in shape and trained properly for a fight.

    no he couldnt
have you ever seen what a 48 year old heavyweight looks like in the ring? your screen name was 46 and got tko'd in 2 by a guy with 7 fights
buster douglas wasnt even 40 and got kod by savareese and journey monnaco in 1 round
mike tyson was tkod by kevin fuc.king mcbride and he wasnt even 40
holyfield was 44 and couldnt beat barney rubble (Ibragimov) being shut out
yet lewis could come back and at 48 (10 years older than most of these guys) and beat most everyone? :rofl
    WTF EVER!! :patsch

And we're not talking a 48 year old who has been active, but one who's been retired for 10 years. Lewis was great and todays contenders are dismal...but lets not be delusional.

Id fully expect Fury to outbox every round of todays version of Lewis. He is just too far gone to get off first on anybody

Foreman got battered in all his fights whan he came back.

I said he could beat most heavyweights fighting today. Maybe not the top ten but the other thousand yeah.

Hey, Holyfield "beat" Valuev when he was older than he was against Barney Rubble. Anyway, I don't really object to the WBC policy of letting "Emeritus Champs" immediately fight for the title. I wouldn't even object if they let Lewis fight for the WBC title belt next year against whoever holds it then. He'd probably give a better fight than whoever would be given mandatory status to fight for it.

Lewis hasn't fought since 2003 but since he's gained so much weight and probably hasn't trained since he'd probably lose. Now if he spent a year training he'd probably give Fury a hell of a fight.
