No, rightfully so. That wasnt the first person he asked for a drug test. Mayweather is/was the A side. He makes the demands. Instead of just taking the test like a man, and proving himself, Pac wanted to go to court for defamation of character.

Wait a minute, it's Pac's fault for not taking the 40 million dollars even though Mayweather doesn't fight TR fighters anyways?

Well because he doesnt need the fight. Pac needs this fight. Floyd doesnt. He may have made his peace with it. Im not saying hes not to blame for the fight no happening. The egos of both camps are. But present day, he's making 30 million fighting everyone. Just made 80 million ( PPV INCLUDED) against Canelo. 32 Million (PPV not included) against The Ghost. And made 30 million against Cotto ( PPV NOT INCLUDED )

So why would he go out of his way to make a Pac fight now? It doesnt make sense.

So let me get this straight:

Floyd never fights top rank fighters anyways, and had no intention of making the fight, but instead PacqiUap is at fault because he tried to fight unfounded PED accusations from a guy that WAS NEVER GOING TO FIGHT HIM IN THE FIRST PLACE?

he was willing to fight him. he wanted the fight right before he went to prison. 40 million dollars is more money then Pac will ever see. I know hindsight is 20/20 but the most he'll see per fight again is maybe 19. Arum takes a promotional cut. He has to pay Roach. he has to pay the IRS.

He should have taken the 40 mill, and Im prettty sure thinking back. He probably knows that too.

HE WAS WILLING TO MAKE THE FIGHT. ARE you blind kid? What B side in ANY FIGHT is making 40 million dollars? None.

The man took Floyd to court over TRASH TALK. A boxing past time. TRASH TALK. tried to sue him and get in his pockets. Now the tables have turned and Manny needs the fight. if it was me, I would let him suffer, and then low ball him. You dont sue a man, then need a favor. LOL

You just said a few posts ago he NEVER fights against Top Rank fighters. He himself said he would NEVER do business with Arum again. So how in sweet f.uck do you hereby conclude that Floyd was "Willing to fight him?"

It's really quite shocking how stupid you are. I actually feel sorry for you, because your ability to read between the lines and understand human subtext and behavior is sorely lacking. Your propensity to be brainwashed and manipulated is frightening.

he started with Shane, because Shane got caught in the past. He wanted to make sure there was an even playing field.

Mosley, Ortiz, Cotto, Ghost, Canelo. ALL Random Blood Testing. What makes Pac so special? He's the B side like the rest of them.

You clearly cannot read, comprehend or understand anything that is not laid out clear for you to see. Deciphering anything seems to be out of your reach. So let me help you.

    Present
    existing or occurring now.
"she did not expect to find herself in her present situation"

Present day Floyd Mayweather Jr. is unwilling to fight Top Rank Fighters. PRESENT DAY. TODAY. However, in the past, he was willing to. Because he knew it was the best decision to make financially.

past: gone by in time and no longer existing.
    "the danger is now past"
    synonyms: gone (by), over (and done with), no more, done, bygone, former, (of) old, olden, long-ago;
    belonging to a former time.
"they made a study of the reasons why past attempts had failed"

Probably because in addition to actually asking for additional testing by the use of specimens of bodily fluid from Pacman, the mayweathers starting making accusations of PED use due to being scared shitless after the beating pacman gave cotto. Or maybe they themselves tested some of pacman's fluids and came out with those results
