Im on over 50k and I don't get paid 5.5 k a month .......or was this month a good one commission wise or you talking before tax ?

P.s. and I ain't boasting........I couldn't afford to gamble thousands here and there ! No way..............money goes on mortgage, car and providing for wife and kid

If any one here had tens of thousands to throw away on stupid bets, why wouldn't they actually spend that money on getting some first class flight tickets and actually going to the fights??? Crazy idea I know, It might mean you miss out on crazy night posting on ESB, but it's possible you might have a good time!

5.5k was net figure, was definitely a good month for me, no denying that. To be honest I don't equate my wages to a yearly salary, I know my basic and know how much I want to earn a month via commission so I see it monthly, rather than yearly.

Unlike you, I don't have a wife, kids etc so I'm free to do as I please which is obviously the massive difference.
